Abstract

Since beginning, the Muslim scholars did put effort to protect sayings (hadiths) of Prophet Mohammad and transfer it to the new generations. Despite of all these efforts, they could not prevent the narrations from changes that are made intentionally and unintentionally. One of these problems is tracing back the sayings of Companions of Prophet Mohammad and their followers to The Prophet Mohammad. This work aimed to analyze the problem, which has influence on all Islamic sciences and specially science of hadith, and make it clear for all.


Özet

Tarih boyunca hadislerin sağlıklı bir şekilde muhafaza edilerek aktarılması için ciddi çabalar sarf edilmiştir. Bu çabalara rağmen rivayetlerin bazı sorunlardan tamamıyla korunması ne yazık ki sağlanamamıştır. Rivayetlerin aktarılması esnasında yaşanan bu sorunlardan biri; sahabe, tabiin veya daha sonraki tabakadan birinin söz veya fiilinin Rasulullah’a (sas.) isnad edilerek rivayet edilmesi problemidir (ref‘). Bu kitap, hadis ilmi ve hadislerle bağlantılı diğer ilim dallarında varılan birçok hükmü ve de kararı etkileyebilecek bir öneme sahip olan bu problemin doğru olarak anlaşılması için kaleme alınmıştır.
